1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Advise customers on beauty products, skincare, haircare, and wellness offerings.
3. Facilitate customer engagement with Sephora's CRM program to enhance their experience.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to assist customers effectively.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills for building client and team relationships.
2. Ability to observe and adapt to new beauty trends and products.
3. Proficiency in customer relationship management.

Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is required.

$27 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
