- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
- Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
- Promote and explain the benefits of Sephora's CRM program to customers.
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to share with customers and team members.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Availability to work during key trading times, including late nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Keen interest in beauty products and trends.

$27/hr + Super + Weekend loading
