- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customers' unique needs.
- Advise customers on beauty products, skincare, haircare, and wellness offerings.
- Participate in initial onboarding and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
- Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer engagement.
- Stay informed about new products and beauty trends to share insights with customers and team members.
- Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Ability to work during key trading times, including late nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational skills for identifying beauty trends.
- Ability to provide personalized customer service.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is required.
$33.75 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
