Sephora Retail Assistant

- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
- Participate in initial onboarding training and ongoing learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
- Promote and explain the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program to customers.
- Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Share product knowledge with customers and team members.
- Support the store team by inspiring and helping customers become the best version of themselves.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Keen interest in beauty trends and new products.
- Ability to provide an amazing customer experience.
- Willingness to learn and participate in continuous training.
- Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is preferred.
$27 per hour (Full-Time & Part-Time) plus Superannuation, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
