1. Inspire and assist customers to become the best version of themselves.
2. Work across various departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Participate in onboarding training and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Help customers discover Sephora's offerings and CRM program benefits.
5. Share knowledge of iconic brands with team members and customers.
6. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$27 per hour (Full-Time & Part-Time) + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
