1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in onboarding training and ongoing learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
5. Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Share product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

2. Ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
3. Keen interest in beauty trends and product knowledge.
4. Flexibility to work during peak trading times, including late nights and weekends.

Previous experience in retail or customer service is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
