- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
- Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse product offerings across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
- Promote the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
- Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions to expand product knowledge.
- Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Availability to work three full days across key trading times, including late-night and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Keen observation of new products and beauty trends.
- Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is required.
$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
