1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse product offerings across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
5. Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions to expand product knowledge.
6. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and foster a team-oriented environment.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work three full days across key trading times, including late-night and weekends.

Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
