1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote and explain the benefits of Sephora's CRM program to customers.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends and new products.
6. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$27/hr plus superannuation and weekend loading.
