1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in initial onboarding training and ongoing learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program to help customers enhance their beauty experience.
5. Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Share product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
2. Strong observational skills to stay informed about new products and beauty trends.
3. Ability to provide a high-quality customer experience.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
