1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in initial onboarding and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Share product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

4. Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in sales within a retail or customer-facing environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
