1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
6. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and achieve sales goals.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
