1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to enhance customer experience.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and insights on iconic brands.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability for 3 full days of work, including late nights and weekends.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong observational skills to stay updated on beauty trends and products.
3. Ability to build relationships with clients and team members.

A minimum of 3 years in sales within a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$35.10 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
