1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's wide range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote and explain the benefits of the CRM program to enhance customer engagement.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and beauty trends.
6. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and enhance the customer experience.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work 3 full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
3. Keen interest in beauty products and trends.
4. Strong customer service orientation.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role is required.

$35.10 per hour plus Super and weekend loading.
