Sephora Retail Assistant

- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
- Advise customers on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
- Assist customers in discovering the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to share with customers and team members.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Availability for 3 full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong observational skills to stay updated on beauty trends and products.
- Ability to provide a high-quality customer experience.
Beginner-level experience in sales or a customer-facing role is required.
$28.08/hr + Super + Weekend loading
