- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and embracing the unique needs of each customer.
- Assist customers in discovering Sephora's range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
- Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
- Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Stay informed about new products and beauty trends to share knowledge with customers and team members.
- Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and fellow team members.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to create an exceptional customer experience.
- Keen observation of beauty trends and product knowledge.
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training sessions.
A minimum of three years in sales within a retail or customer-facing environment is required.
$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
