1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Share knowledge of iconic brands with customers and team members.
6. Maintain awareness of new products and beauty trends.
7. Support the store team in achieving sales targets.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work 3 full days, including late nights and weekends.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
3. Strong observational skills for identifying beauty trends and techniques.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within a retail or customer-facing environment.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
