1. Inspire and assist customers to enhance their beauty experience.
2. Work across various departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment.
4. Participate in onboarding training and continuous learning programs.
5. Help customers discover the benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
6. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
