1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.

3. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
4. Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Share product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members.
6. Maintain store presentation and ensure product availability.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work during key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.

$28.08/hr plus superannuation and weekend loading.
