Sephora Retail Assistant

- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
- Assist customers in discovering Sephora's beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
- Promote and educate customers on the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to enhance customer experience.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Availability to work three full days across key trading times, including late-night and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
- Keen interest in beauty products and trends.
- Ability to provide a personalized customer experience.
Beginner level experience in retail or a customer-facing role is required.
$35.10 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
