1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse range of products across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of new products and beauty trends.
6. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and improve team performance.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability for 3 full days of work, including late nights and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service environments is required.

$28.08 per hour for part-time or $35.10 per hour for casual positions, plus superannuation and weekend loading.
