1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends.
6. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
