1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote and explain the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to enhance customer experience.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work three full days, including late nights and weekends.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.

Previous experience in sales or customer service within a retail environment is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
