1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Advise customers on beauty products across various departments including skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Participate in initial onboarding and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
5. Stay informed about new products and beauty trends to enhance customer experience.
6. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
7. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
