1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty products across various departments including skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning programs.
4. Promote and explain the benefits of Sephora's CRM program to customers.
5. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to enhance customer experience.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.

$27/hr plus superannuation and weekend loading.
