- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty products across various departments including skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning programs.
- Promote and explain the benefits of Sephora's CRM program to customers.
- Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to enhance customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.

- Keen interest in beauty products and trends.
- Flexibility to work during peak trading times, including late nights and weekends.
Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
$27/hr plus superannuation and weekend loading.
