Sephora Retail Assistant

- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customers' unique needs.
- Advise customers on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
- Promote Sephora's CRM program and assist customers in understanding its benefits.
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Share product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members.
- Maintain store standards and assist with merchandising as needed.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Availability to work 3 full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Keen interest in beauty trends and products.
Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is required.
$27/hr plus Super and weekend loading.
