1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
4. Promote and explain the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and beauty trends.

1. Availability for 3 full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

1. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
2. Ability to create an exceptional customer experience.
3. Keen interest in beauty trends and techniques.
4. Willingness to learn and share knowledge about iconic brands.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$27/hr + Super + Weekend loading
