1. Provide an exceptional customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customers' unique needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's offerings across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments.
3. Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Stay informed about new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
6. Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
7. Share knowledge with team members and customers to enhance the overall shopping experience.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
3. Availability to work during key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

1. Strong customer service orientation.
2. Ability to observe and adapt to new beauty trends.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred).
4. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is required.

$27 per hour (Full-Time & Part-Time) plus superannuation, commission, and weekend & public holiday loading.
