1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
2. Advise customers on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products, ensuring they discover the best offerings.
3. Promote and educate customers about Sephora's CRM program and its benefits.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to share with customers and team members.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work during key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
2. Strong observational skills for identifying beauty trends and customer needs.
3. Ability to educate and inspire customers and team members about products and programs.

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is required.

$27 per hour (Full-Time & Part-Time) + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
