1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
2. Assist customers in discovering products across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories.
3. Educate customers on Sephora's CRM program and its benefits.
4. Participate in continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and in-store training sessions.
5. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge of iconic brands and beauty trends.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work during peak trading times, including late nights and weekends.

3. Keen interest in beauty products and trends.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$33.75 per hour (Casual) plus Superannuation and Weekend loading.
