1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and beauty trends.
6. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and sales.
7. Ensure store standards are maintained, including product displays and cleanliness.

1. Availability to work three full days, including late nights and weekends.
2. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

3. Strong observational skills for identifying beauty trends and customer needs.
4. Passion for beauty and cosmetics.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$27 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
