1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering products across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments.
3. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to enhance customer experience.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

3. Strong customer service orientation.

Beginner level experience in retail or a customer-facing role is required.

$28.08/hr (PT) + Super + Weekend loading
