Sephora Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor)

- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to customers across cosmetics, skincare, haircare and wellness categories.
- Demonstrate and advise on product features, application techniques and routines to help customers achieve their goals.
- Promote and enrol customers in the store CRM/loyalty program to drive retention and lifetime value.
- Support merchandising standards, maintain stock presentation and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and handle customer enquiries with professionalism.
- Participate in onboarding, ongoing in-store training sessions and cross‑training to broaden category expertise.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment; beauty retail experience advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Availability to work key trading times, including late nights and weekends (ability to provide three full days across peak trading, typically Thu–Sun).
- Keen interest in beauty trends, product innovation and continuous learning.
- Customer service and clienteling
- Product knowledge — cosmetics, skincare, haircare and wellness
- Retail CRM familiarity
- Visual merchandising and stock presentation
- Point-of-sale (POS) transaction handling
- Strong verbal communication and upselling ability
Entry-level role; previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred. Candidates new to beauty retail but with strong customer service aptitude will be considered.
