1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in initial onboarding and continuous learning through online platforms and field training.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert sessions.
6. Share product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members.
7. Maintain availability for key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

2. Strong observational skills for identifying new products and beauty trends.
3. Ability to create an engaging customer experience.

Beginner level experience in sales or customer service within a retail environment is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
