Sephora Retail Assistant

- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.

- Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Availability to work three full days, including late nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.

- Keen interest in beauty products and trends.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within a retail or customer-facing environment.
$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
