1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
4. Promote and explain the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
5. Contribute to the store team by sharing product knowledge and beauty trends.
6. Maintain store standards and participate in merchandising activities.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work during key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

3. Keen interest in beauty trends and product knowledge.

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
