1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers across various departments, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Participate in initial onboarding and continuous training through Sephora's online learning platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and educate customers on its benefits.
5. Stay informed about new products and beauty trends to enhance customer experience.
6. Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
7. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and foster a supportive work environment.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and techniques.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
