1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse product offerings across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Promote and educate customers on the benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
4. Engage in continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and in-store training sessions.
5. Participate in cross-training and attend beauty expert training sessions.
6. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to enhance customer experience.

1. Availability for at least 3 full days, including late nights and weekends, particularly from Thursday to Sunday.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
2. Keen interest in beauty trends and new products.
3. Ability to provide personalized customer service and product recommendations.
4. Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers and team members.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is preferred.

$33.75 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
