1. Inspire and assist customers in becoming the best version of themselves through exceptional service.
2. Work across various departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Participate in initial onboarding and continuous learning through online platforms and field trainers.
4. Promote and explain the benefits of Sephora's CRM program to customers.
5. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Share product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills for building client and team relationships.
2. Keen observation of new products and beauty trends.
3. Passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of Beauty Advisors.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$33.75/hr + Super + Weekend loading
