- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
- Assist customers in discovering Sephora's extensive range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
- Participate in initial onboarding and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field training.
- Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
- Stay informed about new products and beauty trends to enhance customer experience.
- Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and insights.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Availability to work during peak trading times, including late nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
- Keen interest in beauty products and trends.
- Ability to provide personalized customer service.
Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is essential.
$27 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekend and public holiday shifts.
