Sephora Retail Area Manager

1. Oversee the Sephora Retail Network within the designated area, including new store openings and closures.
2. Drive stores and regions to achieve monthly and annual commercial and profitability targets.
3. Supervise the region's P&L, including retail sales, cost management, and stock management.
4. Monitor business KPIs and implement action plans to achieve targets.
5. Propose floor plan and assortment optimizations.
6. Ensure the implementation of retail standards and processes in collaboration with the Retail Operations department.
7. Maintain compliance with policies and ensure the safety and security of people and assets.
8. Create a unique client experience and ensure the Sephora Attitude is exemplified in all stores.
9. Recruit, develop, and motivate teams in cooperation with HR.
10. Coach Store Managers and develop action plans for training needs.

1. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in retail, preferably beauty, with 4-5 years in a Store Manager position.
2. At least 2-3 years as an Area Manager in a dynamic environment.
3. Fluent in German and English.

2. Strong planning and organizational abilities.
3. Analytical thinking with a focus on KPIs.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Strong prioritization and self-management skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, with a preference for beauty industry experience.
