Sephora Retail Area Manager

- Oversee the Sephora Retail Network within the designated area, including new store openings and closures.
- Drive stores and regions to achieve monthly and annual commercial and profitability targets.
- Supervise the region's P&L, including retail sales, cost management, and stock management.
- Monitor business KPIs and implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Propose floor plan and assortment optimizations.
- Ensure the implementation of retail standards and processes in collaboration with the Retail Operations department.
- Maintain compliance with policies and ensure the safety and security of people and assets.
- Create a unique client experience and ensure the Sephora Attitude is exemplified in all stores.
- Recruit, develop, and motivate teams in cooperation with HR.
- Coach Store Managers and develop action plans for training needs.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in retail, preferably beauty, with 4-5 years in a Store Manager position.
- At least 2-3 years as an Area Manager in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Analytical thinking with a focus on KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong prioritization and self-management skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, with a preference for beauty industry experience.
