1. Support the implementation of the PPWR within Sephora Collection.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PPWR requirements are integrated into new packaging tools.
3. Communicate with packaging suppliers to gather necessary documentation for material validation.
4. Participate in the validation of packaging materials and initiate migration studies to ensure compliance with food contact regulations, when required.
5. Contribute to the completeness of packaging data in the internal tool.
6. Assist in the establishment and monitoring of the control plan for Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in packaging and accessories.

1. Background in packaging development with knowledge of materials and packaging design.

1. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Agility, dynamism, and rigor in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
3. Curiosity, open-mindedness, creativity, and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.

Relevant education in packaging development or related field.
