1. Ensure compliance of products distributed by Sephora in Europe, including cosmetics, accessories, electrical appliances, and food supplements.
2. Conduct audits of product labeling and finished products before launch, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations.
3. Record audit findings in the Quality & Regulatory tool and manage non-compliance issues with internal teams and brands.
4. Validate communication materials in collaboration with legal teams, ensuring alignment with current regulations and internal processes.
5. Conduct regulatory surveys and monitor the impact of regulatory changes on product categories and environmental regulations.
6. Coordinate product withdrawals following internal processes and support the drafting and development of departmental documentation.
7. Provide support on regulatory issues and manage cosmetovigilance files.

1. 3-5 years of successful experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetics sector.

1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
3. Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
4. Competence in using computer tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetics industry is required.
