Regulatory Affairs Officer

1. Validate the compliance of products distributed by Sephora in Europe, including cosmetics, accessories, electrical appliances, and food supplements.
2. Conduct audits of product labeling and finished products before launch in relation to applicable regulations.
3. Record audits in the Quality & Regulatory tool and manage non-compliance files with internal teams and brands.
4. Validate communication materials developed for France in collaboration with legal teams.
5. Conduct regulatory oversight of product categories and monitor the impact of regulatory changes.
6. Participate in the regulatory monitoring of environmental regulations and support the implementation of associated action plans.
7. Coordinate product withdrawals following internal processes.
8. Participate in drafting the department’s document system and ensure process developments.
9. Support internal and subsidiary teams on regulatory issues and manage cosmetovigilance files.

1. Successful 3-5 years’ experience in regulatory affairs in the cosmetics sector
2. Fluent in English (oral and written)
