- Drive sales and KPI performance across the region, identifying opportunities and delivering targeted action plans.
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and their teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- Build and maintain a strong, customer-obsessed culture that aligns with Sephora’s brand values.
- Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional talent through structured development and succession planning.
- Support employee engagement, manage employee relations cases, and address performance issues in partnership with HR.
- Amplify in-store activations and ensure stores are animated and positioned as centers of excitement within their malls.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and share insights with headquarters.
- Oversee store operations, ensuring stock, merchandising, and back-of-house are in line with Sephora’s standards and policies.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety requirements, security procedures, and store presentation expectations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading fast-paced, high-turnover retail stores.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, develop, and empower large, diverse store teams.
- Collaborative, team-focused mindset with the confidence to work independently.
- Proactive, solution-focused approach with a meticulous eye for operational detail.
- Valid driving license and flexibility to travel across the UK.
- Passion for the beauty industry and the Sephora brand.
