1. Oversee internal operating controls, processes, and practices to ensure compliance with Sephora and LVMH guidelines.
2. Conduct retail store audits across the region to verify adherence to standard operating procedures.
3. Plan, manage, and execute audit activities with minimal supervision, exercising initiative and judgment.
4. Lead audit teams, providing guidance and support to junior members.
5. Contribute to scoping documents and engagement risk assessments.
6. Prepare audit reports with clear, well-documented evidence and recommendations.
7. Demonstrate project management skills in task assignments, performance evaluation, and time management.
8. Cultivate positive relationships with auditees and build effective working relationships with employees.
9. Exercise independent judgment in developing methods and evaluation criteria.
10. Identify opportunities for continuous monitoring and auditing procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. At least 6 years of experience in public accounting and 2 years in internal audit within a retail company.

A minimum of 6 years in public accounting, with at least 2 years of internal audit experience in the retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
