- Oversee internal operating controls, processes, and practices to ensure compliance with Sephora and LVMH guidelines.
- Conduct retail store audits across the region to verify adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Plan, manage, and execute audit activities with minimal supervision, exercising initiative and judgment.
- Lead audit teams, providing guidance and support to junior members.
- Contribute to scoping documents and engagement risk assessments.
- Prepare audit reports with clear, well-documented evidence and recommendations.
- Demonstrate project management skills in task assignments, performance evaluation, and time management.
- Cultivate positive relationships with auditees and build effective working relationships with employees.
- Exercise independent judgment in developing methods and evaluation criteria.
- Identify opportunities for continuous monitoring and auditing procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in public accounting and 2 years in internal audit within a retail company.
- Forensic mindset with data analytics expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Dedication to teamwork and collaboration.
- Integrity and ethical conduct in all professional activities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
A minimum of 6 years in public accounting, with at least 2 years of internal audit experience in the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
