- Lead Sephora's APAC eCommerce strategy and execution to ensure exceptional customer experiences and business growth.
- Drive top-line and bottom-line growth of the eCommerce business, collaborating with Market Teams.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while leveraging opportunities through strategic planning.
- Optimize eCommerce budgets and forecasts in partnership with Regional Finance and Market Teams.
- Monitor business performance, track sales against targets, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop strategies for sustainable growth through data-driven insights and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to create compelling App campaigns.
- Conduct business reviews with countries, identifying and scaling local best practices.
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of eCommerce specialists.
- Develop and execute a mobile app strategy to drive sales and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Optimize digital experience through homepage real estate, conversion funnels, and campaign execution.
- Oversee day-to-day business tracking, adjusting forecasts, and refining sales-driving levers.
- Establish a robust measurement framework leveraging data insights to optimize sales performance.
- Maximize ROI on digital tools and technologies, including newly launched and existing tech features.
- Develop and implement best practices for feature utilization, ensuring market teams drive optimal results.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to measure and enhance feature performance.
- Proven experience in eCommerce leadership roles within a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment.
- Experience with multiple eCommerce channels and countries.
