1. Lead and optimize Asset Protection strategy across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
2. Accountable for inventory shrink results and reducing liability through safe work practices.
3. Directly manage a team of District Asset Protection Managers (DAPMs) and Store Asset Protection Partners (SAPPs).
4. Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrink by analyzing theft patterns and managing investigations.
5. Provide recommendations on physical security measures for store locations.
6. Conduct store visits to evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Manage budgets for staffing, security, and travel within the region.
8. Create individual development plans for DAPMs.
9. Develop talent strategies, succession, and development plans.
10. Drive additional functions such as Organized Retail Crime & Safety, AP Training/Policy & Procedure, or AP Operations & Implementation.

1. 8+ years of Asset Protection experience in multi-unit retail environments.
2. Understanding of criminal and civil law as it applies to retail.
3. Wicklander-Zulawski, Reid, or similar certification.

1. Proven ability to manage time and execute multiple tasks.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency with Asset Protection applications and MS Office.
4. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

A minimum of 8 years in Asset Protection within multi-unit retail environments is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $146,710.00 - $163,970.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
