Sephora Regional Director of Asset Protection

- Lead and optimize Asset Protection strategy across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
- Accountable for inventory shrink results and reducing liability through safe work practices.
- Directly manage a team of District Asset Protection Managers (DAPMs) and Store Asset Protection Partners (SAPPs).
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrink by analyzing theft patterns and managing investigations.
- Provide recommendations on physical security measures for store locations.
- Conduct store visits to evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgets for staffing, security, and travel within the region.
- Create individual development plans for DAPMs.
- Develop talent strategies, succession, and development plans.
- Drive additional functions such as Organized Retail Crime & Safety, AP Training/Policy & Procedure, or AP Operations & Implementation.
- 8+ years of Asset Protection experience in multi-unit retail environments.
- Understanding of criminal and civil law as it applies to retail.
- Wicklander-Zulawski, Reid, or similar certification.
- Proven ability to manage time and execute multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Asset Protection applications and MS Office.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
A minimum of 8 years in Asset Protection within multi-unit retail environments is required.
The annual base salary range for this position is $146,710.00 - $163,970.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
