Sephora Regional Director

- Oversee and drive the commercial performance of retail stores within the designated region.
- Monitor and engage with stores daily to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and performance criteria such as sales, margin, conversion rates, average basket size, and productivity.
- Analyze regional performance using quantitative and qualitative indicators, and implement associated action plans.
- Manage the region's Profit & Loss (P&L) account.
- Lead, develop, and inspire store teams, ensuring effective organization and achievement of objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with store teams, promoting a unified effort towards goal attainment.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to organize teams, support talent development, enhance mobility, recruit potential leaders, and manage turnover and absenteeism.
- Ensure operational excellence and superior customer experience through effective merchandising, stock management, security procedures, and management practices.
- Deploy and oversee the retail commercial calendar, ensuring quality execution.
- Facilitate communication between the corporate office and retail network to share best practices.
- Provide weekly activity reports to the Zone Director, covering quantitative and qualitative indicators, action plans, and initiatives.
- Conduct regional meetings to ensure effective information dissemination and propose improvements.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, specifically within the Belgian market.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and remote management.
- Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and unite teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Experience in opening new markets is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years in retail management, with significant experience in the Belgian market and managing large teams.
