1. Oversee and drive the commercial performance of retail stores within the designated region.
2. Monitor and engage with stores daily to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and performance criteria such as sales, margin, conversion rates, average basket size, and productivity.
3. Analyze regional performance using quantitative and qualitative indicators, and implement associated action plans.
4. Manage the region's Profit & Loss (P&L) account.
5. Lead, develop, and inspire store teams, ensuring effective organization and achievement of objectives.
6. Foster strong relationships with store teams, promoting a unified effort towards goal attainment.
7. Collaborate with Human Resources to organize teams, support talent development, enhance mobility, recruit potential leaders, and manage turnover and absenteeism.
8. Ensure operational excellence and superior customer experience through effective merchandising, stock management, security procedures, and management practices.
9. Deploy and oversee the retail commercial calendar, ensuring quality execution.
10. Facilitate communication between the corporate office and retail network to share best practices.
11. Provide weekly activity reports to the Zone Director, covering quantitative and qualitative indicators, action plans, and initiatives.
12. Conduct regional meetings to ensure effective information dissemination and propose improvements.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, specifically within the Belgian market.
2. Proven experience in managing large teams and remote management.
3. Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.

1. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and unite teams.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity.
3. Experience in opening new markets is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years in retail management, with significant experience in the Belgian market and managing large teams.
