Sephora Regional Demand Planner

- Lead demand planning activities for a specific portfolio of brands, ensuring optimal balance between service levels, stock availability, cash, and warehouse costs.
- Review sales forecasts for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, integrating commercial targets, launch plans, events, and product lifecycle trends to meet forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Regional Category Management team on forecasts for active and new launch products.
- Support new launch forecast alignment and conduct monthly root-cause analysis on forecast inaccuracies.
- Coordinate with Supply Planning, Regional Marketing, and Finance teams to align on sales forecasts, financial plans, and inventory reduction strategies.
- Communicate with brands to improve supply services and manage inventory risks such as slow-moving or discontinued products.
- Drive process improvements by defining action plans to enhance methods and tools, and monitor their implementation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommend actions
- Experience with SAP and advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Organized and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Openness to new ideas and continuous improvement
At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in FMCG.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain
