Sephora Regional Demand Planner

- Lead demand planning activities for a portfolio of brands, ensuring optimal balance between service levels, stock availability, and warehouse costs.
- Review sales forecasts for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, integrating commercial targets, launch plans, and product lifecycle trends.
- Collaborate with the Regional Category Management team on forecasts for active and new launch products.
- Conduct monthly root-cause analysis on forecast inaccuracies and update product assortments.
- Participate in the S&OP process to align on sales forecasts, financial plans, and launch strategies.
- Communicate with the Regional Category Management team regarding inventory reduction plans and supply service improvements.
- Define and implement action plans to enhance processes, methods, and tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommend actions
- Experience with SAP and advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Openness to new ideas and continuous improvement
Minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain
