1. Lead demand planning activities for a portfolio of brands, ensuring optimal balance between service levels, stock availability, and warehouse costs.
2. Review sales forecasts for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, integrating commercial targets, launch plans, and product lifecycle trends.
3. Collaborate with the Regional Category Management team on forecasts for active and new launch products.
4. Conduct monthly root-cause analysis on forecast inaccuracies and update product assortments.
5. Participate in the S&OP process to align on sales forecasts, financial plans, and launch strategies.
6. Communicate with the Regional Category Management team regarding inventory reduction plans and supply service improvements.
7. Define and implement action plans to enhance processes, methods, and tools.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain

1. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
2. Analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommend actions
3. Experience with SAP and advanced Excel capabilities
4. Strong cross-functional communication skills
5. Organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
6. Openness to new ideas and continuous improvement

Minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain
