Sephora Regional Cybersecurity Manager

1. Lead regional cybersecurity efforts, representing Latin America in global security councils and strategic forums.
2. Act as a strategic consultant to senior leadership, aligning cybersecurity, compliance, and IT strategy with business objectives.
3. Oversee the execution of regional security frameworks and compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, LGPD, and GDPR.
4. Lead cybersecurity programs including Identity and Access Management (IAM), threat/vulnerability management, incident response, and penetration testing.
5. Promote cybersecurity awareness and continuous maturity improvement across the region.
6. Ensure the protection of cloud, network, and endpoint environments through robust security operations.
7. Lead IT infrastructure and operations in Latin America, covering networks, data centers, cloud platforms, and technical support.
8. Ensure stability, availability, and scalability of services aligned with business needs.
9. Promote the adoption of global standards, technical architecture, and best practices.
10. Represent Latin America in global IT/security projects, ensuring local implementation and strategic feedback.
11. Monitor and enhance operational KPIs and SLAs for continuous service improvement.
12. Manage contracts with IT, telecommunications, and cloud service providers.
13. Promote digital transformation through automation and modernization initiatives.

1. Experience in managerial or regional leadership roles in IT and cybersecurity.
2. Proven track record in managing infrastructure and cybersecurity in complex multinational environments.
3. Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), network architecture, endpoint security, and IT service management.
4. Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, LGPD, GDPR) and operational risk management.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. High adaptability to cultural and organizational contexts.
7. Fluency in English.
