Sephora Regional Asset Protection Manager

- Develop and implement effective asset protection strategies to minimize losses in high-risk stores.
- Analyze asset protection activities and loss performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Create programs to reduce losses from internal and external theft and operational deficiencies.
- Lead the execution of asset protection programs, including inventory management and operational excellence audits.
- Coordinate and plan training for the Asset Protection department in collaboration with the Asset Protection Coordinator.
- Collaborate with U.S. counterparts on programs and training initiatives.
- Supervise and support the opening of new stores with a focus on asset protection.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and equitable advancement within the region.
- Train and develop District Asset Protection Managers in the designated region.
- Establish positive relationships with law enforcement, mall security, and mall management teams.
- Participate in the creation of tools for internal investigations.
- Maintain a balanced loss rate by achieving approved loss objectives with Finance, Asset Protection, management, and Sephora Global.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a District Manager in multi-unit retail environments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills for effective collaboration with store management teams, employees, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in managing sensitive loss prevention issues ethically, with a proactive approach to team development.
- Knowledge of criminal and civil law applicable to the retail sector.
- Passion for collaboration, creativity, and introducing new ideas to the team.
- Organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as loss prevention applications and in-store management systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills in coaching and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to develop clear and concise plans, policies, and procedures.
- Availability for regular travel within the assigned region (approximately 80% travel, including local and out-of-town).
4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role within multi-unit retail environments.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
